呼吸频率与重复时间在胸腹部MR成像中相互关系的初步探讨

Preliminary Investigation on the Relationship Between Rcspiration Frequency and Repetition Time in Thoracoabdominal MRI

为进一步解决胸腹部ＭＲ成像中呼吸运动伪影的干扰，通过呼吸频率与重复时间（ＴＲ）相互关系的分析，认为由呼吸频率修正ＴＲ值与呼吸门控所起的作用类似，且当呼吸门控与修正ＴＲ值同时使用时，更有助于呼吸门控功能的发挥，并推导出关系式：ＴＲ＝×１０００。经３０例成像效果观察并予初步探讨。

In order to reduce the artifacts caused by respiratory movement in thoracoab-dominal MRI, the relation between respiration frequency and repetition time was analyzed. The re-sults showed that the role of respiration frequency corrected TR value was similar to that of respira-tory gating. Moreover,with combined use of respiratory gating and corrected TR value,the function of respiratory gating will be further facilitated.The following formula was used:TR=×1000.30 cases were used for demonstration.
