发酵与酿造工艺课程多媒体CAI教学软件的开发

摘要 介绍利用Authorware为开发平台,采用COOL3D3、D_studioMax、Flash5.0、和PhotoShop6.0等软件编辑处理素材,开发而成集图文并茂、视听学于一体、交互式且易于操作适于多媒体教室使用的《食品发酵与酿造工艺学》多媒体CAI课件。重点讨论课件的流程设计思想。 The Fermentation & Brewing Technology CAI Multimedia Course software which took Authoware as developing platform and was processed by tools of COOL3D and 3D_studio Max and Photoshop and Flash etc was presentation outstandingly.The Food Fermentation & Brewing Technology CAI Multimedia Course software was provided with pictures and texts and a system of visibility, listening and learning.It is this software's friendly interface and convenience that made it as a utility for teaching and learning in a multimedia classroom.The idea of design flowchart was discussed prominently in this paper.
