摘要
辅导员队伍是高校进行思想政治教育的骨干力量。当前大学生思想政治教育面临的形势和任务,迫切需要大力加强辅导员队伍的建设。高校学生辅导员队伍存在着思想多元化、权责不明晰、缺乏事业牵引力等三个突出问题,要通过切实加强辅导员思想建设、全面提升辅导员综合素质和夯实辅导员工作平台来建设一支素质高、业务精、纪律严、作风正的高校辅导员队伍。
Instructors are the mainstream in student ideological and political education in colleges and universities. There are three glaring problems in the team: various thoughts, unclear responsibilities and lack of guidance. It is urgent for us to strengthen their construction.
