介绍了γ射线扫描技术的基本原理、扫描方法以及在石油化工生产中的几个应用实例。γ射线扫描技术应用于苯酚塔检则的结果显示,塔内存在严重气液分布不均现象,已不能满足生产需求。对裂解车间怀疑破沫网脱落的分离罐进行扫描的结果显示,破沫网并未脱落,而是分离罐中液体的高度比分离罐液面设计的高度高出许多。重新调整分离罐后,生产即得到了恢复。
Basic principle,scanning methods and some cases of applications of γ ray scanning technique in petrochemical industry are described. The results of applications show that deformation and malfunction of petrochemical equipments during production can be clearly detected and investigated by γ ray scanning technique, and the malfunctional equipments can be repaired instaneously after scanning. It is avoided stopping production of the equipments.
