通过群决策中的特征根法,把理想专家的评价作为标准,把每个决策者的评价向量向标准向量进行投影,即应用向量的内积法,定量计算出每个专家与理想专家的一致度,即投影值,以此作为专家水平的分值进行排序.并且运用统计分析法将其检验、分类,并给出一个实例验证其实用性及有效性.

In this paper,by eigenvalue method,the evaluate of ideal expert is made a criterion,and evaluate vector of every people making decision is projected on the criterion vector.ie,by using inner product method of vector,calculate out in ration the consistent degree of every expert and ideal expert,give out a test and classification through statistics analysis method.and show its actual and effectual nature by a model example.
