ICP-AES法测定电工钢中元素钛锆含量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用ICP-AES分析电工钢中的Ti和Zr,寻找了最佳的仪器工作参数,进行了主要干扰元素试验和分析方法检测试验. 结果表明:在仪器工作参数ICP功率1.0kw、载气流量0.75L/min、观测高度13mm、等离子气15.0L/min、辅助气1.50L/min、积分时间5秒、提取量1.0ml/min、分析波长为Ti336.122nm或334.941nm和Zr339.198nm的条件下,基体铁元素的浓度超过0.8mg/100ml时,它对钛、锆的测定信号有明显的抑制作用和负干扰,硅、铝和锰等高含量杂质元素对测定无明显干扰. 标样的测定值与标准值的标准偏差和相对标准偏差小,方法检测限低,适用于电工钢中钛、锆的含量在0.0001~0.1%范围内的样品分析. ICP-AES method was used to analyze the contents of Ti and Zr in the electric steel.And the optimuminstrument operating parameters was determined.Also,the main elemental in terference experiuments and analytical method cletection experiments were performed.The results indicated that the optimum instrument operating parameters were obtained as follows: ICP power is 1.0kw,carrier gas flow is 0.75L/min,viewing height is 13mm、plasma gas flow:15.0L/mina、uxiliary gas floe is 1.50L/mini、ntegration time is 5sec,sample uptake rate:1.0ml/min.Analytical wavelength: Ti 336.122nm or 334.941nm,Zr: 339.198nm.When the concentration of ferrum as basal body was greater than 0.8mg/100 Ml,Ferrum had obviusinhibitory action and negative interference for the detection signal of Ti and Zr,but silicon aluminium and mangan ect did not inferfere with the determination.Standard deviation and relative standard deviation between estimated value and standard value of master sample were less,and the detection limit was lower.The method was suitable for the analysis of sample with the contents of Ti and Zr between 0.001% and 0.1% in the electric steel.
