摘要
为探讨我国东部油田特高含水期抽油杆/油管偏磨问题,在MG-200型高速摩擦磨损试验机上进行了随油井产出液中含砂量以及矿化度的变化,抽油杆/油管的摩擦性能试验。试验表明,产出液中含砂量以及矿化度增加,抽油杆/油管的磨损率、摩擦因数增加。
At present, the wear of the sucker rod and tube in the pumping well is a serious problem in oil production. The wear performance test of the sucker rod and tubing with various sand content and salinity in the liquid production was made by machine MG-200. The results show that wear rate and friction coefficient increase with the increase of the sand content and salinity in the field production.
