摘要
文章用多元统计分析的基本方法对大量的现场资料进行了统计分析,得出了不同原油粘度下API抽油机的模型示功图。说明了稠油工况下和稀油工况下抽油机模型示功图的区别和特点,在不同的原油粘度下抽油机模型示功图有较大的差别,稀油工况下主要受惯性载荷的影响,模型示功图变化较为规则,稠油工况下受摩擦力的影响,在很大程度上限制了惯性影响的发挥。分析结果为API抽油机的设计提供了依据。
This paper presents statistical analysis on data in site by using multi-variate statistical analysis method and obtains model dynamometer card of API pumping units on different crude oil viscosities. It also shows the difference and characteristics of model dynamometer cards of pumping units in the states of heavy oil and light oil, there are great difference with the model dynamometer card on different crude oil viscosities. The regularity of the model dynamometer card is better in the light oil influenced by inertia load, the influence of friction briuts inertia load in the states of heavy oil. And it supplies the basis for API pumping units design.
