低密度泡沫液洗压井技术分析

The application of washing and well killing technology using low density foamy liquid

针对胜利埕岛油田馆陶组地层压降大、老井作业洗井液漏失严重、油井作业效果差等问题,研制了适合海上作业平台工作条件、海洋环境、符合船检标准的海水基充氮气低密度泡沫液洗井设备,在海上新老井应用提高了油井产量,取得了良好的经济效益。

To solve conventional washing fluid severe leaking out and bad effect on output in Chengdao lower pressure reservoir, Chengdao oil field, we have developed a set of seawater based nitrogen padding low density foamy liquid system and relevant washing equipment, which can be suitable for the offshore platform working condition and the complicated oceanic surroundings, and also confirm to standard of the vessel examination. It has proved that it has greatly increased the output of the wells by using the technology, and so has gotten considerable economic benefit.
