摘要
本文介绍了模糊优化的基本概念,模糊目标规划方法及算法,并在综合多目标单纯形方法、模糊隶属度概念及交互式决策思想的基础上,提出了一种新算法:交互式模糊多目标单纯形方法。最后简单介绍了该方法在国家科技经费分配优化中的应用,证明方法可行。
In this paper some basic concepts of fuzzy optimization, fuzzy goal programming appraoch and its algorithm are introduced. Based on the multiobjective simplex method, fuzzy membership concept and the idea of interactive decision making, a new algorithm--intcractive fuzzy multisimplex approach is proposed, finally, the application of this approach to the allocation of national Research and Development funds proves its usefulness.
