摘要
合成了化合物[N(Et)4]2[Re(CO)3Br3],并用IR,ICPMS,元素分析等方法对化合物进行了表征。分析了此化合物溶于水后,阴离子部分的3个Br-可定量地被3个H2O分子取代,得到前体化合物fac[Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+。同时合成了放射性前体化合物fac[188Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+,放化产率约为80%,SepPak分离后,放化纯度大于95%。通过HPLC分析比较了这两个前体,确定了放化前体fac[188Re(CO)3(HO)]+的结构。
The complex of [N(Et)4]2[Re(CO)3Br3] is prepared and characterized by IR, ICP-MS, elemental analysis. When the complex is dissolved in water, the three Br- ligands are quantitatively exchanged by three water molecules and the precursor of fac-[Re(H2O)3 (CO)3]+ can be obtained. The complex of fac-[188Re(H2O)3 (CO)3]+ is synthesized with an overall radiochemical yield of 80%, and with more than 95% radiochemical purity after Sep-Pak separation. The complex of fac-[Re(H2O)3 (CO)3]+ taken as a standard sample, the structure of the precursor, fac-[188Re(H2O)3 (CO)3]+, is confirmed by HPLC.
