摘要
以环氧丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液为原料,间三氟甲基苯胺为改性剂,制备了含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液,考察了环氧丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液与间三氟甲基苯胺的反应条件,并对反应产物的结构和性能进行了研究.结果表明:含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液涂膜的吸水率由11.5%降低到8.5%,对水接触角由73°提高到78°,而且涂膜的拉伸强度从3MPa增加到8MPa,100%模量由0.57MPa提高到2.87MPa,邵氏A型硬度由54增加到81,但断裂伸长率由610%下降到300%.
A new fluoride-bearing polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized with the polyacrylate emulsion containing epoxy groups as the main material and m-(trifluoromethyl) aniline as the modifier. The synthesis conditions as well as the structure and properties of the product were also investigated. The results indicate that the water absorbability of fluoride-bearing polyacrylate emulsion decreases from 11.5% to 8.5%, the tensile elongation at break decreases from 610%to 300%, while the contact angle, the tensile strength and the modulus at 100% elongation respectively increase from 73to 78, 3MPa to 8MPa and 0.57MPa to 2.87MPa.
