摘要 知识共享是制造企业知识管理中研究的重要内容之一.文中分析了面向企业知识管理的知识共享建模的需求,提出了一种多角度、多视图的企业知识共享建模方法.该方法建立的模型包含知识资源、组织、过程和控制视图等内容,可以对企业知识共享中涉及的知识资源、知识情境等信息进行多关联的描述.同时,文中还给出了具体的模型表示方法,讨论了基于该模型的知识共享匹配检索问题,最后介绍了为支持该建模技术而开发的建模支持系统及应用. Knowledge sharing is one of the most important contents of knowledge management. This paper analyzes the requirements for knowledge sharing modeling and proposes a multi-view based modeling technology for enterprise knowledge sharing. The proposed model includes four kinds of views: the knowledge resource view, the organization view, the process view and the control view, which can be used to describe the knowledge resources, the application scenario and the relations between them. Moreover, the detailed modeling technology, the problem of knowledge matching searching based on the proposed model and a modeling support software for the modeling technology are presented, along with the application of the software.
