腰椎间盘摘除术术后感染的经皮穿刺摘除术治疗

Post discectomy Disc Infection Treated with Percutaneous Lumbar Discectomy

经皮穿刺腰椎间盘摘除术（ＰＬＤ）及外科手术摘除间盘治疗腰椎间盘突出症已广泛应用于临床，并取得很好的疗效。但术后间盘感染则是其严重并发症之一，尽管少见，却应给予重视。作者报告５例术后腰椎间盘感染，经再次采用ＰＬＤ治疗，全部治愈。对术后间盘感染的诊断，以及再次治疗的主要问题进行了讨论。

Percutaneous Lumbar Discectomy(PLD)and surgical discectomy are widely used in the treatment of protruded disc with good results,however complications may occur and postop- ertive disc infection although relatively,is one of the serious complications.The authors reported 5 such cases vvhich treated successfully with PLD. The diagnosis of postoperative diskitis and problems related to treatment with PLD were discussed.
