股骨头骨缺血性坏死的介入治疗（附152例疗效分析）

Interventional Therapy for Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head(A Therapeutic Analysis of 152 Cases)

总结了１５２例经旋股内、外动脉插管灌注溶通术治疗股骨头骨缺血性坏死的治疗效果。经用本法治疗后防部疼痛及关节功能障碍均有不同程度的减轻和改善。血管造影及ＤＳＡ显示治疗后血管计数较治疗前增多（Ｐ＜０．０５）。初步总结表明，本法对股骨头血液供应起到了改善作用，是一种安全而有效的方法。

This report presented the therapeutic effects on 152 cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head treated with the method of thrombolysis and opening through catheterizing and per- fusing medial and lateral femoral circumflex arteries,and stated the pathOgenesis of avascular necro- sis of the femoral head.Hip pain and the disorders of joint function were alleviated and improved in different degrees after treatment with this method.Angiography and DSA demonstrated an increased in vessel count after treatment as compared with that befOre treatment(P<0.05 ).Intrventional therapy has provided an improving effect for the blood supply of the femoral head,being a safe methOd with exact therapeutic effects.
