评价椎间盘突出症疗效的量化指标──椎间盘突出指数

Disc Herniation Index──A Quantitative lndicator in Evaluating the Effect of Treatment of Disc Herniation

作者采用椎间盘突出指数（ＩＤＨ）对２７０例经皮椎间盘切除术患者进行了术前和术后测量分析，结果表明术前ＩＤＨ超过０．５者疗效差，常规手术证实为纤维环完全断裂，术后患者疗效与ＩＤＨ高度相关。作者认为，ＩＤＨ可作为术前选择适应证、术后评价疗效的一项客观指标。对各型椎间盘的还纳规律和ＩＤＨ测量的优越性进行了讨论。

Two hundred and seventy cases were investigated before and after percutaneus dis-cectomy using disc herniation index(IDH). The results showed that the therapeutic effect of discec-tomv was not satisfactory when the IDH was over 0.5 before surgery.Operatlon confirmed that the annulus fibrosus had been completely rupturcd in such cases. There was a significant positive correla- tion between IDH and the therapeutic effect. The authors were of the opinion that IDH might be used as an indicator in selecting patients for discectomy and evaluating the therapeutic effect.The general rule of disk shrinkage in various types of herniation and the advantages of IDH measurement were discussed.
