摘要
本文介绍了一个将系统仿真与线性规划寻优相结合的优化支持系统,仿真优化是通过人机启发式交互作用适时控制仿真环境,以使仿真运行制约在目标值逐步优化的范围内进行,从而得到一系列目标逐步优化的系统可行方案。并将该系统应用于某厂年生产计划的制订、调整和优化过程中,得到设备充分利用时的较大工时利用、较高总产值、较短生产周期年生产计划。LPSOSS系统明显地比原仿真系统CASBPS提高了效果和满意度。
This paper describes a simulation decision system which combines system simulation and linear programming into one model. The simulation and optimization algorithm control the simulation runs through man-machine interactive interface, a series of feasible alternatives can be obtained and the optimal objective value is finally given. This system has been used in a planning formulating adjustment plan with best utilization of facilities. The LPSOSS is more efficient and satisfactory than the CASBPS.
