The Construction of the New City of Culture Is an Innovative Project

针对东莞文化新城建设中所存在的问题,指出创新不是标新立异、贪大求全、盲目攀比,文化新城建设的关键是做到文化理念新、民众观念新、政策制度新、文化队伍新.

In view of the existing problems in the construction of the new city of culture,this paper points out that innovation does not mean to do something unconventional to attract attention . Nor does it mean to go in for grandiose projects,and nor does it mean to compare blindly.The key to the construction of the new city of culture is to have new concept of culture,new ideas of people,new policies and systems,and new intelletuals.
