子宫内膜腺癌增殖细胞核抗原的研究 被引量:6

A study of proliferating cell nuclear antigen /cyclin in adenocarcinoma of endometrium

摘要 应用抗增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的单克隆抗体PC10,以ABC免疫组织化学方法对35例子宫内膜腺癌标本进行测定,并与组织学分级进行对比分析。结果:子宫内膜腺癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的PCNA阳性指数分别为252.54±65.33,466.67±81.20,682.50±78.43,相互比较,差异有极显著意义(P<0.001)。提示:此方法是在福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋的子宫内膜腺癌切片上检测细胞增殖分数的一个可靠手段,对肿瘤的分级、判断其生物学行为,有一定的意义。 n immunohistochemical study on 35 cases of adenocarcinoma of endometrium using PC10,amonoclonal antithey against proliferating celi nuclear antigen (PCNA/cyclin),was perforined on paraf-fin sections and analysed. There was significant difference statistically in PCNA indices between any two of the three groups of the tumor analyzed(P<0. 001). The indices varied with the grading of the tumor,Ling 252.54±65.33 in grade Ⅰ, 466. 67±81. 20 in grade Ⅱ and 682. 50±78.43 in gradeⅢ.The results indicate that PCNA/cyclin detection is a reliable methed to examine the fraction of prolifer-ating cells in adenocarcinoma of endometrium on paraffin sections,and it could be used to detern1ine the grading of the tumor and even its biologic behavior.
