步长对光波导放大器数值模拟的影响

摘要 用四阶龙格库塔法求解了10cm长光波导放大器中的光功率传输方程,研究了步长对光波导放大器增益特性的影响。结果表明,步长对放大器增益特性的影响较大,特别是当步长为1cm时,放大器的增益在非饱和区呈振荡状态。 The power propagation equations for 10cm optical waveguide amplifier are derived by using 4 the order Runge-Kutta method, the effect of step length on the gain property of the optical waveguide amplifier is studied. The result indicates that the effect of step length on its gain property is higher, especially for 1 cm step length, while the gain of amplifier is vibrational in non-saturation area.
