摘要
对绥中361炼油厂的污水进行了混凝Fenton氧化工艺处理中试研究,确定了混凝氧化剂处理污水的最佳pH值、Fenton试剂投加浓度和水力停留时间,考察了该工艺对CODCr、挥发酚和硫化物的去除效果。研究表明,当pH值为6、Fenton试剂投加浓度为70mg/L、水力停留时间为1.5h时,终端出水CODCr、挥发酚浓度和[S2-]分别为220mg/L、0.163mg/L和0.01mg/L,完全达到了国家海洋污水排放标准。
A study on an intermediate test is conducted on the treatment of sewage from Suizhong 36-1 refinery by using Mixed Fenton oxidizing technique, by which the optimal pH for Mixed oxidation agent for sewage treatment, Fenton concentration and hydraulic retention period are determined, the removal effects of process on CODCr, volatile hydroxybenzene and S 2- are studied. The results show that when the pH is 6, HRT is 1.5h and the concentration of oxidant is 60mg/L, the process can degrade the concentration of CODCr, volatile-hydroxybenzene and S 2- effectively, which are 220mg/L, 0.163mg/L and 0.01 mg/L individually in the effluent, attaining the national discharge standard of ocean waste water. The process is characterized by simple equipment, stable operation and easy control.
