摘要
简要介绍了定尺飞锯伺服系统的结构、工作原理及存在问题,以及利用西门子6RA24 系列数字直流可逆调速装置对该系统的数字化改造。实践证明改造后系统控制灵活,定尺精度、可靠性均有明显提高。
This article introduces structure, working principle and existing problems of service system of fix-length flying saw, and utilize SIEMENS 6RA24 serial digital DC reverse adjustable-speed device to implement improvement on this system. It is proved that improved system control is flexible, fix-length dimension and reliability is remarkable increase.
