摘要
介绍了在较高焊速下所进行的螺旋焊管工艺评定试验情况,并对提速后生产初期出现的主要质量问题——内焊缝凹陷、咬边等焊接缺陷产生的原因及控制措施进行了探讨,同时提出了进一步扩大提速空间的几点建议。
It is introduced that the process appraise and test of helical welded pipe under higher welding speed and discussed the produced cause of maim quality problem-inside weld depression and undercut, etc. occurred at the beginning of production after increasing welding speed and control measures as well as put forward a few suggestion to further extend the increasing speed space.
