摘要
在给定裂纹尺寸和载荷条件下,根据CTOD(裂纹尖端张开位移)试验结果,采用英国标准协会提出的BS7910方法,针对EH36管线钢焊接接头焊趾处的表面裂纹进行评定。根据拉伸试验结果,建立了管线钢焊接接头焊缝的一级、二级评定曲线。评定结果表明,不论是采用一级或是二级评定,评定点均不在评定曲线定义的范围内,说明不能验收该结构。
Under given condition of Cracks dimension and load, surface cracks at welding toe of joint has been appraised aimed at EH36 pipeline steel by adopting the method of BS7910. It is established appraisal curve of Class 1 and Class 2 for weld of pipeline 's steel welding jointers in accordance with tensile test results. The appraisal results show that appraisal points all are not in the scope of appraisal curve definition and prove that this structure is not acceptable no matter it is to adopt appraisal of Class 1 or Class 2.
