检测末梢血糖筛查妊娠期糖尿病的初步探讨

应用５０ｇ葡萄糖筛查试验，对２２０例晚期妊娠妇女进行妊娠期糖尿病筛查，同时取静脉血和末梢血测定血糖。结果发现：末梢血糖与静脉血糖值相关显著（ｒ＝０．８７，Ｐ＜０．０１）。从末梢血糖筛查的最佳工作特性曲线上可以看出，将末梢血糖≥９．１ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ作为血糖异常标准，末梢与静脉血糖诊断的一致率为９１．８％。静脉血糖筛查，异常（≥７．８ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ）者４３人，均行１００ｇ口服葡萄糖耐量试验，其中１１人诊断为妊娠期糖尿病，这１１人的末梢血糖均≥９．１ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ提示：末梢血糖用于筛查妊娠期糖尿病是可行的。

wo hundred and twenty 3rd trimester pregnant women were randomly selected to perform 50goral glucase tolerance screening test. Simultaneously,both capillary and venous blcod samples were ob-tained one hour after the glucose load.A high correlation between capillary and venous glucose levelswas found (r=0. 87,P<0.01).From the receiver operator characteristic curve, it was found that thecapillary glucose value of 9.1mmol/L might be defined as abnormal threshold value for 100g oral glu-cose tolerance test (OGTT). The consistent rate between capillary and venous glucose test was 91.8%. In 100g OGTT, of 43 cases whose venous glucose were≥7. 8mmol/L, 11 were diagnosed as gestationaldiabetes meilitus(GDM). All of these 11 patients had capillary glucose≥9. 1mmol/L. This results sug-gest that the capillary blood glucose test may be feasible for screening of gestational diabetes.
