固体氧化燃料电池用固体电解质薄膜制备方法的探索 被引量:1

摘要 目前,薄膜化、集成化是固体电解质燃料电池的发展方向,故固体电解质材料的薄膜化是亟待解决的问题,它不但可以减小电池体积、质量,使电池小型化,还可以降低电解质材料的内阻损耗,提高电池的电流密度。目前,SOFC用固体电解质薄膜制备方法有电化学气相沉积法、化学气相沉积法、电泳沉积法、溅射法、等离子喷涂法等。 It is one of main developing goal to search for new type of clean and efficiency energy source.Fuel cell as the device of directly converting chemical energy in fuel to electricity,is concerned more and more.So far,the film and integrated is the main development goal for Solid Oxide Fuel Cell(SOFC),so the direct issue is to make thin solid electrolytical film,film can minimize the cell size and weight,also decrease energy loss caused by inner resistance of electrolyte,increase current density and power density.Update the processing methods to make SOFC from solid electrolytical film are by chemical vapour deposition,electrophoretic deposition,flow stretching,sputtering,plasma sputter coating,etc.
