牛骨形态形成蛋白复合物的临床应用（附13例初步报告）

Clinical Application of Composite BovineBone Morphogenetic Protein

１９８９～１９９３年作者应用牛骨形态形成蛋白（ｂＢＭＰ）与预制的微孔煅石膏复合后，应用于骨不连的治疗，从而避免了煅石膏遇水产热对ＢＭＰ活性不利影响。临床应用１３例，术后早期出现骨愈合征象，临床检查及Ｘ线评价效果良好，无合并症发生，结果表明，异种ＢＭＰ植入人体，临床上未显其免疫排斥反应。能明显促进骨愈合过程，可作为骨折及骨不连治疗的一种新型材料。

AbstractThirteen patients with intractable nonunionsof long bones were successfuly treated by combi-nation of internal fixation and implants of bovinebone morphogenetic protein(bBMP)from 1989～1093.The BMP implant was prepared in the formof an aggrerate of bBMP and plaster of paris. Ex-cept one patient,the clinical result and roentgeno-graphic assessment were good in all.No complica-tion hapened.The result had showed that thebBMP composite transplants were safe and effica-cious,as it might promote healing of fractures.
