Osteoporosis in Rats Following Tcstes Excisionand Its Therapy

摘要 雄激素减少是男性老人发生骨质疏松的重要原因之一,但目前国内尚无用雄激素预防男性骨质疏松的研究,作者用雄性SD大鼠去睾造成动物模型观察雄激素对骨质疏松的防治作用,但因雄激素多为注射用药,临床使用不便;甲基睾丸素虽为口服片剂但对肝脏的毒副作用很大,而且单用雄激素有使前列腺肥大加重之虑,所以作者选用具有雄激素作用而毒副作用较低的达那唑片与适量尼尔雌醇片配合来治疗雄性骨质疏松,获得了满意效果,完全控制了骨质疏松的发生。 AbstractMale horrnone deficiency is one of the importantcauses of osteoporosis in the elderly. The authors hadobserved the therapeutic effect of male hormone in ani-mal model of osteoporosis created by the excision ofthe testes of SD rats. The animals were divided intothree groups of the control underwent same operation, the group underwent testes excision and the group fol-lowing the appearance of osteoporosis after testes exci-sion,and then treated with danazol plus nilestrol.Be-cause when male hormone alone was used,there wasside effect on the liver and also on aggravation ofprostate hypertrophy. The combination of danazolwith nilestrol had dernonstrated satisfactory therapeu-tic effect and osteoporosis was completely prevented.
