摘要 研究猪卵泡液(pFF)的浓度和促性腺激素(FSH和LH)处理时间对猪卵泡卵母细胞体外成熟的影响.结果表明,在猪卵丘细胞-卵母细胞复合体体外成熟培养46~48 h中的后23~24 h去除促性腺激素可有利于卵丘细胞的扩散,但对卵细胞的核成熟无显著影响(P>0.05);添加适量(10%)的pFF对猪卵母细胞体外成熟有一定的促进作用,但添加浓度太高则相对抑制卵子核成熟进程. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of exposure time to gonadotrophin (FSH and LH) and porcine follicular fluid (pFF) on maturation in vitro of porcine oocytes.The results indicate that exposure of porcine cumulus-oocyte-complexes to gonadotrophin supplements for the first 2324 hours improves cumulus expansion but has no significant effect on oocyte nuclear maturation compared with that for 4648 hours (P>0.05),and supplementation of a certain amount(10%) of porcine follicular fluid in maturation medium can enhance in vitro maturation of porcine oocytes, but excessive supplementation will relatively inhibit oocyte nuclear maturation process.
