摘要
顺式氰戊菊酯在甘蓝上的残留试验,参照国标方法(GB/T14929.4-1994),用氧化铝柱(3%水脱活)净化,净化后顺式氰戊菊酯的色谱峰为分叉峰,无法进行定量分析。为找出分叉峰出现的原因,对顺式氰戊菊酯残留检测中提取、浓缩、净化等步骤进行验证分析。结果表明,在柱净化过程中,高活度的氧化铝会使顺式氰戊菊酯产生分叉峰,当氧化铝以8%水脱活,过氧化铝柱后的顺式氰戊菊酯峰形对称,平均回收率达96.7%,变异系数为5.87,在甘蓝样品的添加回收实验中,满足残留分析要求。
In the determination of esfenvalerate residue in cabbage, high activity alumina column was used for cleanup.The chromatogram of esfenvalerate was furcated and the external standard could not be used for quantitative determination. In this article,extraction, concentration and cleanup of rocedure were validated. The results showed when the water content of deactivated alumina was 8%, the average recovery of esfenvalerate spiked directly in alumina column was 96.7%.It was all satisfied with the analysis of esfenvalerate in cabbage.
