不同施肥条件下I-69杨木材纤维形态和化学成分的比较研究 被引量:7

摘要 以施肥和未施肥两种条件下12年生的5株I-69杨(PopulusdeltoidesBartr.cv.“Lux”exI-69/55)为研究对象,对纤维长度、宽度、长宽比和壁腔比等纤维形态指标及1%NaOH抽提物、苯醇抽提物、纤维素、木素和聚戊糖含量等化学成分进行了测定。结果表明,I-69杨施肥处理后纤维宽度和壁腔比有所提高,但施肥处理降低了纤维长度和长宽比;施肥处理提高了I-69杨边材和心材的纤维素含量,降低了其木素含量和边材1%NaOH抽提物含量,而对苯醇抽提物影响轻微;施肥处理的有无对I-69杨边材各项化学成分影响不显著;对心材化学成分除水分含量之外,其余各项影响也都不显著;不同部位对施肥I-69杨化学成分的影响除聚戊糖外,其余各项成分都不显著;对未施肥I-69杨除1%NaOH抽提物和聚戊糖含量差异外,其余各项成分都不显著。 In order to investigate the effect of fertilization on wood properties of poplar 69(Populus deltoides Bartr.cv.'Lux' ex I-69/55), 5 trees of poplar 69 with 12 year-old grown in two different fertilizer applications (fertilized and unfertilized) were selected as testing materials, and its morphological characters of wood fiber(including fiber length and fiber width and ratio of length to width and Runkel ratio) and chemical composition (including the contents of water, 1% NaOH extractives,cellulose,phenethyl alcohol extractives,lignin, and pentosan) were analyzed. The results showed that fertilization treatment has a positive effect on fiber width and Runkel ratio, but has a negative effect on fiber length and ratio of length to width.The cellulose contents of both sapwood and heartwood were raised after fertilization, however, lignin content and 1% NaOH extractives in sapwood were reduced. The change of phenethyl alcohol extractives content is slight after fertilization.The difference of chemical contents in sapwood between fertilized and unfertilized poplar was unapparent, and the difference in heartwood between fertilized and unfertilized poplar was still unapparent except the moisture content. There were no significant differences in comparison of chemical contents between sapwood and heartwood in fertilized poplar except the pentosan content, and there were still no significant difference in unfertilized poplar except 1% NaOH extractives and pentosan content.
