铝金属凝固微观组织模拟相场法技术研究

摘要 对研究铝金属微观组织模拟相场法技术的数学模型及扰动对枝晶生长的影响进行了研究;在相场法数学模型基础上,对有扰动和无扰动情况下的铝金属凝固枝晶生长进行了模拟;研究结果表明,不加扰动时,晶粒的生长是沿着主干方向进行,光滑且不出现二次枝晶,加扰动时,晶粒生长出发达的侧枝。相场法可以直接模拟金属凝固过程中枝晶生长的形成过程。 This paper is to build mathematic model of aluminum solidification microstructure simulation by the phase field method and study the influence of disturbing on dendrite growth. The growth of aluminum solidification dendrite has been simulated under disturbed and undisturbed condition, which based on the phase field method. The study shows the dendrite grows along the main branch direction slickly under disturbed condition and second side branch may grow under the undisturbed condition. The phase field method can directly simulate the dendrite growth during metal solidification.
