摘要
研究了微量Sc对Al-3.5Cu-1.5Li-0.12Zr合金微观组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:在Al-3.5Cu-1.5Li-0.12Zr合金中加入0.10%(质量分数)的Sc消除了合金铸态枝晶组织,有效地抑制了再结晶的发生,具有一定的强化作用和明显的增塑效应;添加0.25%(质量分数)的Sc显著细化合金铸态的晶粒组织,促进了合金固溶过程中再结晶的发生,从而降低了合金的强度。
The effect of minor Sc additions on microstructure and tensile properties of Al-3.5Cu-1.5Li-0.12Zr alloy has been investigated. The results show that addition of 0.10% scandium can improve the strength and elogation, eliminate the dendrite of the alloy, strongly restrain recrystallization in the process of solid solution treatment, and addition of 0.25% scandium cause obvious grain refinement, increase recrystallization in the process of solid solution treatment, thus reducing the strength of the alloy.
