石灰处理秸秆的适宜剂量优选

摘要 以生石灰、熟石灰、小麦秸、莜麦秸、玉米秸为试验材料,进行了石灰处理秸秆碱剂量的优选试验。结果表明:①8%熟石灰为效果相对最好、最经济的剂量,可使小麦秸、莜麦秸、玉米秸的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素总和分别降低21.91%、19.64%、16.68%,半纤维素含量降低65.81%、51.94%、59.26%;②生石灰对秸秆的作用效果优于熟石灰,但这种差异是由于1个单位重量CaO能转化为1.32个单位重量Ca(OH)2发挥作用造成的。 Using Ca(OH)_2, CaO, wheat straw, naked oat straw, corn straw as experimental materials , the optimum dose of lime was studied to treated straw. The results showed: ①8% Ca(OH)_2 was the optimum dose which was high efficient and low cost relatively. After wheat straw, naked oat straw and corn straw being treated with the dose, the total content of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin decreased 21.91%, 19.64%, 16.68% respectively and the content of hemicellulose decreased 65.81%, 51.94% and 59.26% respectively. ② CaO was better than Ca(OH)_2 in effect to reduce fibrous materials, but the difference was brought about by the conversion of 1 unit weight of CaO into 1.32 unit weight of Ca(OH)_2.
