正常Stahl氏指数测量

Measurement of Stahl’s Index of the NormalWrist

本文报告１００例（２００个）正常腕关节Ｘ线侧位片Ｓｔａｈｌ氏指数（月骨高度与宽度之比率）测量结果。结果显示，正常Ｓｔａｈｌ指数为０．５７±０．０５４，其中男性为０．５７±０．０５６，女性为０．５７±０．０５２，两者比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＝Ｏ．８９）；左侧为０．５８±０．０４７，右侧为０．５６±０．０５９，两者比较则有显著性差异（Ｐ＝０．０３２）。Ｓｔａｈｌ氏指数对月骨变形性病变，尤其是月骨缺血性坏死的早期诊断和评价其治疗方法都只有十分重要的意义。

AbstractStahl’s index,the ratio of the longitudinal heightof the lunate with the greatest dorso-palmardimension,was measured on the lateralradiOgraphs of200 normal wrists in 100 healthy persons. The resuItsshowed that,Stahl’s index in the normal person wasin an average of 0.57±0.054.Stahl’s index of the leftwrist was 0.58±0. 047 and that of the right side was0.56±0.059; the difference was signific‘3iit(P=0.032).Stahl’s index of the male group was 0.57±0.056 and the that of the female was 0. 57±0.052,the difference was no significance (p=0.89). It wassuggested that the measurement of Stahl’s index of thenormal wrist would have some clinical significance forthe early diagnosis of the diseases of lunatedeformation, especially kienbock’s disease.
