摘要
采用两种不同标号的进口重交通石油沥青,在各种条件下进行了发泡性能试验;对试验结果的分析和比较发现:加水量对衰退曲线影响显著,最大膨胀比出现的时间随温度的升高而提前。通过对试验数据的非线性拟合,提出了表征两种沥青发泡性能的衰退方程,其参数有明确的物理意义。从沥青泡沫破裂的过程分析了两种沥青衰退方程差异的机理和粘度对衰退方程的影响,试验结果表明机理分析是正确的。
In this study, two types of imported bitumens are selected and foam ability tests are carried out under different conditions. The testing results show that water content significantly affects the decay curve, and the occurring time of the maximum expansion ratio will advance with increase of the temperature. The decay functions of two kinds of bitumen are established using the non-linear fitting method. These functions can fit well decay curves and their parameters have own physical meanings. The mechanism difference of two decay functions and effect of viscosity of bitumen on the foam ability are discussed based on the collapse principles of bitumen bubbles. Testing results manifest that the discussion is rational.
