摘要
自１９９０年３月开始，作者应用显微外科技术，一次将３个组织通过吻合血管的方式变成只有１个血管蒂的组织移植，即应用２个足趾与一块皮瓣多级组合移植的方式，伤后早期再造手５例，１５个游离移植组织全部成活。经２年以上随访，再造手功能满意，此术式为手再造及复杂的创伤修复提供了一种新的手术方法。
AbstractFive cases of hand injury were treated onemergency since march 1990,using vascularanastomosis with a single pediole supplying thecombined transplantation of three grafts(two toes andafree flap)for hand reoonstruction.The 15transplanted free tissues have all survived. Thefollow-up period lasted for mord than 2 years and thefunction of rhe reconstructed jand was satisfactory. This procedure provided a new method of handreconstruction as well as for the repair of complicatedwounds.
