摘要
中国传统文化表现出注重伦理约束、强调和谐统一与稳定、以人为本以及刚健有为等明显的官僚性和支撑性文化特征,这些特征有利于中国企业的守成与合作创新活动,有利于渐进式创新,但不利于突变式创新和个体创新能力的激发,因此,需要进行文化创新。
Chinese traditional culture represents such obvious bureaucratic and supporting characteristics as paying attention to ethic restriction, emphasizing harmoniousness, unification and stabilization, taking people as essential and sturdy and pursuing, etc.. These are in favor of conservative and cooperative innovation activities of Chinese firms and in favor of gradual innovation, but against breaking innovation and inspiration stimulation of innovative capabilities of individuals, so we need culture innovation.
