摘要
我国“和文化”是绵延两千多年的优秀文化遗产,其核心是相谐相和,互相变化,又各守其位,由“中节”到达“中和”,本质上是多元协调下的合而为一。在企业文化体系建设中发挥中华优秀文化的思想作用,把企业观念形态文化“内化于心”,把企业制度文化“固化于制”,把企业物质文化“外化于行”,是21世纪迈向知识经济时代企业文化体系建设必要的实施战略;以便达到从根本上调动企业的积极性和创造性,营造积极向上的思想观念及行为准则,形成强烈的使命感和持久的驱动力。
'Chinese He Culture'is an excellent cultural legacy which can date back to two thousand years ago. The essence of the 'He Culture' is integration within multi-coordination which means different aspects in holistic would be in the state of mutual influence and variation but independence. Among the construction of modern enterprises culture system, Chinese excellent cultural exerts the function of thought. To put industrial ideal culture into'our heart', to put industrial institutional culture into system and to put industrial physical culture into action lead to industrial culture system which constructs necessary implementary tactic towards the knowledge economic times of 21 century. As a result, we can get a better enthusiasm and the creativity and create a concept and conduction and make an intensive responsibility and lasting driving force.
