Some Views on the Management Integration

管理整合是实现管理运行和管理飞跃,提高管理绩效和管理竞争力的根本途径。管理整合的运行是将管理理论、管理技术、管理实践融合为一体,恢复管理一体化过程的面貌,推进管理体系的创新和管理品质的提升,使管理理论更具有指导性和应用性、管理技术更工业性和针对性、管理实践更具有思想性和效率性。管理整合要遵循一致性、系统性原则和依据性原则、创新性原则和过程性原则。管理整合的基本思路是管理理论、管理技术和管理实践,每一个维度都要吸收其他两个维度的合理内核,使科学性、技术性和艺术性在各个维度之间存在。但这种存在左右三个维度中分布不是完全均衡的,为此,要注意分工、特色与融合。

Management integration is a way to enhance the operation and development of management and will consequently greatly promote the management competence and effectiveness. The operation of management integration is to combine the theories, techniques and practice together to reveal the true nature of the process of management as a whole picture. It focuses on the innovations of the management system and the advancement of the management qualities and is intended to make the theories more contributive and applicable, the techniques more industry-oriented and less aimless, and the practice more ideological and effective. Thus the integration of management is a certain process which involves a lot of consistency, principles, systems and innovations. Given that the fundamentals of management integration is the combinations of the three dimensions of management, namely the theories, the techniques and the practice, and that each dimension is to be incorporated and revealed in the other two dimensions in terms of the sense of science, the technology and the artistry, there is a certain balance to be stricken and maintained. It is a tough job to figure out the divisions of work, the independent uniqueness of each part while at the same time preserve the whole picture.
