摘要
随着信息技术与网络技术的快速发展,企业间竞争不断加剧。企业要在网络环境下求得生存与发展,提高自身的核心竞争力,必须改变传统的科层组织模式而导向有机型组织———虚拟组织的运作模式。文章从员工素质适应性的角度对虚拟组织的有效运作问题进行了相关研究,提出了虚拟组织中员工素质的适应性应包含员工与组织机构,与工作组,与具体工作的适应性三个层面的新观点。
With the fast development of information technology and network technology,the competition between enterprises becomes more and more fierce.Enterprises try their best to survive,develop and improve its core competence under the network circumstance.Virtual organization, which is a new mode of organization and operation,has arisen.The paper has studied the effective operation of virtual organization from three levels,namely,the adaptability between staff and organizations,adaptability between staff and work group,adaptability between staff and specific work task.
