甘露醇对肢体缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

用兔造成肢体缺血再灌注损伤动物模型，于恢复血流再灌注当时动脉注射２０％甘露醇，结果用药后血中丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）、肌酸磷酸激酶（ＣＰＫ），谷草转氨酶（ＧＯＴ）、乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）较对照组明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），电镜下见骨骼肌损害也轻于对照组，细胞肿胀减轻，亚细胞结构破坏轻微，表明甘露醇可减轻肢体缺血再灌注损伤，对骨胳肌有保护作用。

Abstract The experimental model of ischemic andreperfusion injury of the limbs was produced in therabbits Intra-arterial injection of 20%mannitol wasgiven exactly at the time of reperfusion, The resultsshowed that the levels of MDA,CPK,GOT and LDHin the serum were dramatically lower and the changesof muscular cells under electron microscope weremilder than that seen in the control group(p<0.01).
