摘要
作者报道了281例四肢骨折患者接受仿AO技术的局部内固定的经验,男229例,女52例,平均年龄33.32岁。新鲜骨折182例,陈旧骨折99例。总计352处骨折,其中上肢骨折80处,下肢骨折256处,脊柱、骨盆骨折16处。58例开放骨折合并颅脑、胸腹,脊髓损伤。14例合并休克,3例合并脂肪栓塞。所有新鲜骨折均在伤后3周内应用仿AO内固定术治疗。单纯拉力螺钉内固定踝部骨折3例,股骨干2例,腔骨干与平台,肱骨干与内上髁,髋臼骨折各1例。加压钢板治疗股骨干骨折83例,胫骨干骨折43例,胫骨平台骨折7例等。克氏针张力带技术治疗髌骨骨折47例。等所有病例均获得骨性愈合。241例得到1~6年随访,功能优良率95.44%。
AbstractTwo hundred and eighty-one patients sufferingfrom fractures of the limbs treated with AO-simulated techmque using local made implants and instrumentswere reported.The patients consisted of 229 males and52 females with an average age of 33. 32 years. 182 cas-es were fresh fractures and 99 old fractures. Totallythere were 35 2 sites of fractures,including the upperlimb in 80 sites, lower limb 256 sites,spine and pelvis16 sites,58 cases of Open fractures were asseeiated withthoracic,abdominal and spinal cord injuries. 14 caseshad shock and 3 cases had fat embolism,internal AOsimulated fixation of the fractures were accompilshed forall the fresh fractures within 3 weeks after the injury.Simple lag screw fixation were used in 3 cases of anklefractures,2 cases of femoral shaft,and rsepectively onecase of the tibial shaft and plateau,humeral shaft andthe madial and lateral condyle,and the acetabulum.Compression plates were used for the fomoral shaft frac-tures in 83 cases,tibial shaft fractures in 43 cases.tibialplateau in 7 cases,etc. Tension band technique withstabilizing k wires were used in 47 cases of fracture ofpatella etc. Bone union was achieved in all cases. Thefollow-up period of the 241 cases extended for 1 ~6years and the rate of satisfactory functional results wereseen in 95.44%dthe cases.
