摘要
介绍了钛及钛合金的表面强化处理技术,综合评述了钛及钛合金表面氮化、渗碳和激光熔覆技术的发展现状。根据目前的研究趋势指出:今后对钛及钛合金表面强化处理技术,应结合各种工艺技术的特点制备多层复合涂层,以及涂层+渗层的思想进行研究。作者认为,降低表面改性层处理成本,使表面处理工艺更加简单,同时综合多种表面处理技术的优点,提高表面改性层的综合性能是钛及钛合金表面强化技术今后的研究方向。
The progress of titanium alloy surface strengthening technology including surface nitriding, carbonization, and laser clad is summarized in the paper. According to the present tendency of development, the investigation in the future shall be put emphasis on preparing multilayer composites and complex coating with nitriding or carburization. Authors consider that the research direction of titanium alloys surface strengthening processing technology is reducing cost, simplifying the surface treatment craft, and improving comprehensive performance of surface coating.
