摘要
本实验用健康日本大耳白雌兔36只,在麻醉与无菌操作下,将双侧桡骨中段人工造成2mm之骨缺损。术后分等数三组:一组为I型FEP薄膜驻极体;二组为II型FEP薄膜驻极体;三组为未经注入静电的同质薄膜做为对照组。术后1、2、3、4周分别经心脏抽血行有关血生化及同位素学检查,并对骨折区行X线及组织学检查,主要是通过有关血生化指标的变化,以初步探讨此时钙盐的动态。实验结果表明:驻极体(电刺激)可能具有促进钙盐在骨折处沉积的作用,使细胞cAMP含量增高,促进骨生长、愈合。通过实验还发现II型驻极体可能对钙磷代射影响较大,I型则对T_3及AKP影响较大。
AbstractThirty six healthy Japanese big-eared white fe-male rabbits were usedin this study. Experimentalfractures with defects of 2 mm were produced at themiddle segments of bilateral radius. The animals wereequally divided into 3 groups.The first and secondgroups were treated respectively with type I and IIFEP membranous electret and the third group wastreated with membrane of the same material withoutcharging and was used as controls. Blood was drawnfrom the heart and examination of blood-biochemistryand isotope were done respectively in the first, sec-ond, third and fourth weeks after an operation in orderto go preliminarily into the function and developmentof calcium salt, etc. at the moment.The result of theexperiment showed that electret may promote the de-posits of calcium in the fracture and may increase thecAMP content in cell, thus speeding bony growth andfracture healing. It was also found in the experimentthat the type II electret may have a greater effect onthe metabolism of calcium and phosphorus,while thetype I on T_3 and AKP.
