骨库的建立及临床应用

ABSTRACT Cryopreservation and Clinical Use of Bone andOsteochondral Allografts

冷冻保存同种异体骨和骨软骨在修补大块骨缺损及骨关节移植的应用中具有重要意义。异体骨供体的选择和取材应遵守美国组织库协会制定的基本标准。异体骨的保存方法有深低温冷冻法、冻干法和辐照灭菌法，这些方法各有特点。临床使用异体骨时，应根据患者的需要和骨库的记录资料合理选择，并注意有关具体操作规程。最后总结了同种异体骨和骨软骨移植手术２１０例，未见明显的排异反应，疗效满意。

AbstractCryopreservation of bone and osteochondral allo-grafts has significance in revision surgery of large bonedefects and osteoarticular reconstructive surgery. Theselection and procurement of cadaver donors observesthe standards published by American Association ofTissue Banks(AATB).The three most popular meth-ods of bone storage are freezing、freeze-drying and irra-diate-freezing。 These methods have their characteris-tics respectively.Clinical use of allografts should bebased on practical requirement of patients and the datarecorded in Bone Bank,The specific techniques shouldbe adopted in operations. The authors reviewed 210cases using allografts were summerized and the resultswere satisfactory。
