摘要
作者设计了双颈滑动加压螺纹钉。该钉由一个双套筒钢板,两枚粗螺纹钉,尾加压螺丝钉和钢板螺丝钉四部分组成。作者对该钉进行了力学测试和初步临床使用,并将其结果和麦氏鹅头三翼钉、斯氏针、Jewett钉和Richards钉进行了比较、分析。结果证明,双颈滑动加压螺纹钉力学性能可靠,临床效果十分理想。作者认为,双颈滑动加压螺纹钉不但有较强的抗旋转作用,而且抗弯强度大。该钉设计符合生物力学要求,有动、静力加压作用,故其固定性能可靠。病人使用该钉后可早期扶拐下地活动。
AbstractAlthough there are various methods for thetreatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur,yet none of them can be considered as mostly satisfactory。The authors designed a double necksliding compression screw for the purpose。It is adevice consisting of two lag-screws,a slide-plate ofdouble barrels,two compression screws and somecommon screws。Astatic load test of this device wasperformed and this device was used clincally,Theresults of mecahnicaI tests and clinical use werestudied and compared with those of McLanglin nail,Steinmann pins,Jewett nailplate and Richardscompressin screw。The conclusion was that,themechanical property of this device is reliable and itsclinical results were satisfactory. The authors believedthat the strength or the anti-rotation property as wellas the anti-bending strength were good enough toconform the biomechanical requirement,and thedynamic and static compression of the screw providedthe reliable fixation ability。It is suggested that,patients using this double neck sliding compressonscrew can practice early ambulation on crutches。
