AC900电解质分析仪两种试剂的应用比较

摘要 目的:比较两种试剂实验指标的一致性。方法:根据奥迪康AC900电解质分析仪的工作原理、性能要求、试剂成分等,配制A、B二种试剂,并任该仪器上与对比试剂对比应用。结果:两种试剂A液和B液各离子浓度,准确性、精密度,临床分析样品结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:自制试剂完全可以替代配套试剂。’ Objective: To investigate the correlation with experiment parameters between two different reagents. Methods: According to the'working principles, performance items, and reagent component of Audikang AC900 electrolute analyser, self-made A and B reagents compared with primitive reagents were applied to the electrolute analyser. Results: There were no significant differences in the ionic concentration, accuracy, precision and analytical results of clinical samples between primitive and self-made reagents (P>0. 05). Conclusion: The self-made reagents can replace the primitive reagents completely.
