摘要
介绍了根据电磁感应原理、电涡流效应和集肤效应设计、制作EMI传感器的方法。详细讨论了激磁和检测线圈的绕制参数及调试方法。采用双检测线圈、双差分电路解决了市售EMI设备性能不稳定、灵敏度差、盲区大和互换性差等缺陷。此外,还给出了“印刷”标签的设计、制作与调试方法以及相应的参数。与同类产品相比,用该方法制成的EMI传感器各项指标都得到了明显改善。
A series of techniques for making the EMI sensor based on the theory of ElectroMagnetic Induction, eddy current effect and skin-effect were introduced. The related parameters and steps of regulation and preparation about exciting and detecting windings were also discussed.To improve the lacks of design existed in present EMI equipments, such as frequency instability,slow detectivity,larger blind angle, and a inferior interchange ability, a group of detective windings, connected each other with the double differential method was applied. Furthermore, an integrated method for designing, making and testing, so called 'Printed Tag', and correlative parameter was mentioned. Compare with the pop congenes, a many variety of indices of the sensor described at present have been improved evidently.
