摘要
提出了一种电阻式温度传感器热时间常数的测试方法和测试系统。系统先对温度传感器电加热,然后使其在环境介质中自然冷却,测量并记录温度传感器在冷却过程中的示值温度,进而用降温幅度达到全额降温幅度的63.2%所用的时间表示温度传感器的热时间常数。该方法准确度高,系统构成简单。
A method and system for measuring time constant of thermal sensor was put forward.The system heated electrically the thermal sensor firstly, then made it cool in the medium naturally. And the temperature of the sensor was measured and recorded by the system in the progress. The time constant was the time used for change of temperature arriving 63.2% of its maximum. The method is accurate in accuracy , and the system is simple in structure.
